Yes — our 27-gallon totes are the plastic moving boxes a lot of folks search for. They're a reusable, sanitized alternative to cardboard moving box rental, delivered and picked up across Binghamton, Vestal, Johnson City, Endicott, and Endwell.
How does weekly billing work?+
After you reserve, we deliver your totes and your first week is charged. After that, you're billed automatically every 7 days until you schedule a pickup. Billing stops the day we get them back.
Is there a minimum rental?+
Most packages are one week — cancel anytime after that. The 10-tote Dorm Pack has a 2-week minimum (perfect for dorm move-outs); both weeks are charged up front and you can cancel any time after week 2.
What if a tote gets damaged?+
Normal wear from a move is on us. We only charge replacement cost for serious damage (cracked walls, broken lids), and we'll always let you know first.
Are they actually clean?+
Yes. Every tote gets washed and inspected between renters. If yours arrives less than spotless, we'll swap it out free.
Do you deliver outside Binghamton?+
Flat $25 round-trip delivery & pickup within a 15-mile radius of downtown Binghamton (covers Vestal, Johnson City, Endicott, Endwell). Outside the radius? Reach out for a quote. Want to save the fee? You're welcome to pick up and drop off yourself.
