Student move-in questions
- Do you deliver to Binghamton University dorms and SUNY Broome housing?
- Yes. We deliver to Binghamton University residence halls, on-campus apartments, and off-campus housing in Vestal, Johnson City, Endicott, and Endwell — all within our 15-mile delivery radius.
- How many boxes does a dorm room need?
- Most dorm rooms need 8–12 medium boxes. Our 10-Tote Dorm Pack is sized for a typical dorm or small studio. If you have a lot of clothes, books, or kitchen gear, the 20-Tote Package is a safer bet.
- When should I book for move-in weekend?
- Book 1–2 weeks before your move-in date, especially in late August. That gives us time to schedule delivery so your totes arrive the day you get your keys.
- Can my parents reserve from out of town?
- Absolutely. Anyone with the delivery address can reserve. Just add the student's name and phone number in the notes so we know who to meet on move-in day.
- Do I need to be there for delivery?
- Not necessarily. Many students have us leave totes with a leasing office, RA, or in a secure spot. Just let us know in the notes.
- What if I need the totes longer than expected?
- Keep them as long as you need. You're billed weekly, and you can extend or schedule pickup from your account page.
