By using this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to reserve Equipment. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit a booking.
2. Website information and availability
We work to keep pricing, availability, service-area, product, and scheduling information accurate. Website content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated, and submitting a form does not guarantee inventory, delivery, or acceptance of a rental.
A quote is an estimate unless it states otherwise. A reservation is confirmed only after any required payment is accepted and you receive confirmation from us.
3. Rental transactions
Every tote rental is governed by the version of the Rental Agreement accepted at checkout. If these website terms conflict with that signed agreement about a rental, the Rental Agreement controls.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or fraudulent information, impersonate another person, or use automated means to burden or extract content from the service.
5. Content and intellectual property
The website’s text, photographs, branding, graphics, arrangement, and original content belong to Binghamton Totes 2 Go or are used with permission. You may use the website for personal booking and informational purposes, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
6. Third-party services
The website may use or link to services operated by others, including Stripe for hosted payment checkout. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites outside our control.
7. Disclaimers and liability
