Cancellation & Refund Policy
This page summarizes the cancellation and refund rules for tote rentals. Your accepted Rental Agreement remains the controlling contract.
1. Quotes and delivery review requests
Requesting a quote or submitting an out-of-area delivery request does not charge your card or guarantee a rental. We will review availability, fulfillment options, and any delivery charge with you before payment.
2. Before delivery or pickup begins
Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Unless required by law or confirmed otherwise by us in writing, payments already processed are non-refundable. We may offer a date change or other accommodation depending on notice, inventory, and costs already incurred.
3. After the rental begins
The first rental week is non-refundable once delivery has occurred or you have picked up the Equipment. Delivery and pickup fees and other one-time fees already charged are non-refundable after fulfillment or an attempted fulfillment caused by inaccessible premises, unavailable recipients, or incorrect customer information.
4. Recurring weekly billing
Rentals continue and the authorized card is charged weekly until pickup is scheduled or future billing is cancelled through the customer account process. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund charges already made. Equipment remains your responsibility until it is returned to or collected by us.
5. Pickup and late returns
If pickup cannot be completed because Equipment is inaccessible, incomplete, or unavailable, weekly billing continues until pickup succeeds. Additional fees may apply as stated in the Rental Agreement.
6. Company cancellations and billing errors
If we cannot fulfill a confirmed rental, we will cancel it and refund amounts paid for services we did not provide, less costs already incurred where permitted by the Rental Agreement and applicable law.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly with your booking ID and the email used to reserve so we can investigate.
7. Controlling agreement
This summary does not replace the Rental Agreement. The version accepted with your booking controls if there is any conflict.
